Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Penn Holiday Lights website (pennholidaylights.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Penn Holiday Lights provides professional holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage services for residential and commercial properties in Central Pennsylvania. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed through individual service agreements provided at the time of booking.
Estimates and Pricing
Online estimates and pricing calculator results are approximate and for informational purposes only. Final pricing is confirmed at your in-person design consultation and documented in your service agreement. Penn Holiday Lights reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial estimate.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Installation dates are scheduled during the consultation process. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or safety concerns. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled installation are fully refundable. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to their property for our installation crew. Penn Holiday Lights is not responsible for pre-existing damage to gutters, roofing, landscaping, or other property features. We use non-damaging installation methods and take every precaution to protect your property.
Materials and Ownership
All lights, materials, and equipment provided as part of our service packages remain the property of Penn Holiday Lights unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Materials are stored at our facility during the off-season.
Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
We warrant all materials and workmanship for the duration of the display season. If any portion of your installation fails during the season, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. We offer a satisfaction guarantee — if you are not happy with your installation, we will work to make it right.
Limitation of Liability
Penn Holiday Lights carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Website Use
The content on this website is for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Use of this website does not create a client relationship until a service agreement is executed.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
