Every event is unique, so every quote is custom. Pricing depends on the type of lighting, the size of your venue, the complexity of the design, and the duration of your event. Here are some general ranges to help you plan.
Intimate Gatherings
$300 – $800
Backyard parties, small celebrations, and patio events for up to 50 guests.
Weddings & Mid-Size Events
$800 – $3,000
Wedding receptions, graduation parties, and corporate events for 50-200 guests.
Large-Scale Events
$3,000+
Galas, festivals, corporate campus events, and large fundraisers for 200+ guests.
All pricing includes design, equipment, delivery, setup, and teardown. No hidden fees.

Event Lighting FAQs
Event lighting is custom-quoted based on venue size, design complexity, duration, and the type of lighting requested. Small backyard celebrations with string lights typically start around $300-$500. Weddings and larger events range from $800 to $3,000+. Corporate events and large-scale installations are quoted individually. We provide a detailed proposal after visiting your venue or reviewing photos and dimensions.
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks before your event for the best availability, especially during popular months like May through October for outdoor events and November through December for holiday parties. For weddings, booking 3-6 months ahead is ideal. However, we do accommodate shorter timelines when our schedule allows.
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with wedding planners, event coordinators, caterers, and venue managers throughout Central PA. We coordinate setup and teardown times, electrical access, and design integration so that lighting fits seamlessly into your overall event plan.
