Our designers visit your property, take measurements, and create a lighting plan tailored to your home's architecture, your personal style, and your budget. No cookie-cutter layouts here.
Professional LED Lights
We supply all commercial-grade LED lights and materials. These bulbs are brighter, last longer, and use up to 80% less energy than old incandescent lights.
Expert Installation
Our trained, insured crew handles every ladder, clip, and cord. We treat your property with care — no nail holes, no damage, no shortcuts.
Season-Long Maintenance
Wind knocked a strand loose? A bulb went out? We come back and fix it — free of charge, all season long. Your display will look perfect from Thanksgiving through New Year's.
Timely Removal
After the holidays, we return on a scheduled date to carefully remove every light, clip, and extension cord. You don't lift a finger.
Year-Round Storage

Professional Installation
On installation day, our crew arrives with everything needed. Most residential installs take 2-4 hours. We test every circuit before we leave.
Enjoy & Maintain
Flip the switch and watch your home come alive. If anything needs attention during the season, one call and we're on it — no charge.
Removal & Storage
After the holidays, we take everything down, pack it carefully, and store it in our facility until next year. Returning customers get priority booking.

Residential Lighting FAQs
Most residential projects range from $500 to $3,000+, depending on home size, roofline length, the number of trees and bushes, and your chosen design complexity. We provide a detailed, line-item quote during your free consultation so there are never any surprises.
We recommend booking by September or early October for the best availability. Our calendar fills up fast — early birds who book before October 1st save 10%. Installations typically begin in late October and continue through early December.
We supply all lights and materials as part of our service. We use professional-grade LED lights that are brighter, more durable, and more energy-efficient than consumer-grade alternatives. If you have special heirloom decorations you want incorporated, we are happy to work them in.
We offer complimentary maintenance all season long. If a bulb goes out, a strand falls, or weather causes any issues, just call us and we will come fix it at no extra charge. Your display will look perfect from the first night to the last.
Not necessarily. Once we have finalized the design together and have access to an outdoor power source, our crew can complete the installation while you are at work or running errands. We will send a completion photo when finished.
